Do sharks sleep?

Sharks need to keep swimming in order to get a continual supply of oxygen.
So if they stay still, won't they suffocate?
Maybe they swim around sleeping.
Maybe they have power naps.
Maybe sharks are awfully good at holding their breath.
Maybe sharks DON"T need to keep swimming to breathe.

记忆中，以前在家里
一旦有很喜欢的艺人就会被叫做"迷偶像"
而"迷偶像"是禁忌的事
因为家里人认为迷上偶像就会
1. 荒废学业，
2. 砸钱追偶像,
3. 看演唱会，
4. 买周边商品...等等等做出一连串
愚昧-不理智-对不起父母-对不起社会-伤风败俗-不仁不义-会遭雷劈
的行为

所以有喜欢的艺人，罪恶感好重。
什么也不敢做，不敢说。
那时心里很气愤，完全不赞同有喜欢的艺人就一定会
荒废学业-砸钱追偶像-看演唱会-买周边商品的说法。
认为自己完全有能力判断什么该做，什么不该做。

现在发现
家人说的话好有道理啊!!
点算一下我桌子上的东西

1.日文讲义，翻译讲义都是空空的，
2.电脑装T&T视频却是装得满满的
3. 五月天演唱回票根(还是最贵的票喔 )在抽屉里
3. 还有特地从日本订购的T&T周边

... ... 完全应验了!!!!

5am in the morning is definitely not a good time to watch

Saw an article a few days back with regards to Indonesia's sand ban.
The headline reads "Sand ban will force construction companies to get more creative."

No offense but that does sound rather ominious.
I wonder just how creative these companies are going to get.
Replace sand with... compressed metal cans??

每次去教补习惯例会先问问学生学校的进度到那儿了
今天得到意想不到的答案

我: 「So far 学校教到哪里?」
学生: 「什么也没教.」
我: 「? 那上课做什么?」
学生: 「老师说他改他的书，我们做我们的。可是我们拿回测验卷子了。」
我: 「??? 老师有跟你们go through corrections吗? 」
学生: 「没有，he said he's too lazy to go through，tomorrow then do.」
我: 「... 」
学生: 「一定不会改的啦。他每次分卷子回来，第二天就不来学校。」
学生: 「上次他来上课，一进教室就说他high fever然后就走掉了。」
我: 「??? 你们怎么办?」
学生: 「 去admin office 跟他们讲我们没有老师。 Office lady 还讲 "Huh??!!!"」
我: 「他没有跟学校请假就走掉?」
学生: 「嗯。」
我: 「... ... we go through the corrections ourselves then.」

*改正中*
我: 「这题你们课本里没有啊，他为什么会出? 他有另外教你们啊? 他有给notes吗?」
学生: 「不知道, he said he too lazy to print notes.」
我: 「... ... 」

我: 「所以今天没有上到课?」
学生: 「嗯。老师看到校长要经过课室，还叫我们全班快点把textbook拿出来，then he pretend to teach.」
我: 「Huh?!!!」
学生: 「校长还进来课室称赞他。」
我: 「... ... 校长走过后呢?」
学生: 「他叫我们继续做自己的事.」
我: 「哇! 他很假耶!!」
学生: 「然后discipline master 经过的时候他也是叫我们快点把textbook拿出来。 我们一整天就一直拿textbook收textbook.」


真的令人啼笑皆非。
现在当老师的还真是好命啊
摆明的是在学校骗吃骗喝。

我对歌词很挑
Only Takki&Tsubasa could make me put a song with lyrics that goes
"Crazy crazy rainbow star. Twinkle twinkle rainbow star." on replay
(AND do the *furitsuke as well).
Despite the really weird lyrics, it has a really catchy tune. And for you otakus out there
(you know who you are ^^), this song was one of the ending themes for One Piece anime

看到了宣傳瀧&翼新專輯的櫥窗擺設。
ウワァァァァァ~~ 嬉しい~!!
有種碰到了老朋友的感覺
(雖然這張照片裡兩人的臉都超臭的... オイ! 笑顔が見たい~!)
原來他們出專輯, 本地的唱片行還覺得值得宣傳﹐
T&T果然不是過氣的偶像~~ *安慰*

翻譯課的講義
因為是華文教學﹐所以出現了...
全部都是中文字的講義
我還是第一次看到喔
抄筆記用的也是中文
以後考試是也得用中文作答~

說真的
Culture shock-ed

有點想吐。






無可避免﹐無論學什麼東西
都得從基本開始
都得先學些很屁基礎的東西
所以這個學期教的並不是翻譯技能﹐而是 『語言學導論』
*內心的OS: 什麼什麼論啊??*
連課程的名稱都聽不懂﹐是很不詳的預兆.

然後講義的一開始是這麼說的:
"由於語言本身有著社會屬性﹐又具有自然屬性﹐
同時還和人們的思維活動有著..."


上了3 個小時的課﹐沒有學到什麼
只是再次肯定了我最初的想法
很多很簡單的東西﹐只要用中文來表達﹐
馬上就讓人感覺深奧很多!
我也是本著這樣的想法才會開設中文部落閣的!

原本還以為會需要至少一個星期才會送到呢
想不到DHL辦事效率超高的
今天一早就到了
天啊~~~因為門鈴壞了
所以我沒聽見郵差在門外~~
郵差就拿著我的年曆走了啦~~~~
