Been going to the dentist (again) recently.
As I mentioned before, the dentist assistant cum receptionist is quite the salesperson. She had tried selling me pineapple tarts, sweaters, handphones, PDAs, christmas lights, air freshener etc etc. The sheer variety of her products never cease to amaze. A while back, my translation teacher was going through the proper use of 包罗万象 and how it doesn't just mean a large quantity of things, but a GREAT VARIETY of stuff. I'm pretty sure I can use, not only 包罗万象 on the dental assistant's array of goods, but also

Anyway I was wondering what she would try to sell me this time round.
Well she has outdone herself. I would have never guessed it in a million years.
Coz she tried to sell me a guy.
An apparently rich and single acupuncturist who has no time to date.
So while she was going on her promotion spiel I was thinking "Wa its LIVE PRODUCTS this time round!! " Its was hard keeping a straight face, but I think I managed.
Trying to convince her I wasn't interested was a lot harder though.
She is still trying to matchmake.
