My company has a record breaking number of 6 9 people quitting this month.
That's almost more than 20% of the workforce gone.
... No actually I was being polite when I said that.
To be accurate, it's more like 40% of the workforce gone.
Coz obviously, people who are miraculously only busy when bosses are around, snitches, walking spy cameras, brown-nosers don't really count as workforce.
The company is emptying out faster than the Bosses can fill it.
It's all quite fascinating from a clinical detached point of view.
Betting on who's the next to quit.
Or who is the next to break down into tears in the Bosses' office.
Or who is the next to get backstabbed.
Or who is the next to be terminated on the spot.
With this sort of entertainment, who needs Reality TV?
